Robert Stemler Building
In early 2000 the Design Build Team went to work formatting the building layout and desing to suit the Arc’s needs. Groundbreaking was in April and by November this 27,000 SF facility was complete and the owner fully operational.
This project is an excellent demonstration of the efficiency of Design Build with the Owner and Design Build Team working with one goal in mind – a successful project, on time, and in budget.
