Valley School of Ligonier
The original plans for construction called for the new building construction to start in June of 2005, work through the school year and remodel the classrooms in the summer of 2006. Cavcon examined the schedule and went to the school with an idea. Start both the new building and renovations at the same time, when classrooms are completed turn all resources to the construction of the new building. The results were a project completed four months ahead of schedule and a $100,000.00 savings.
