St Clair Country Club Addition
The three-story structure, started 2001 and completed in 2002, takes advantage of the steeply sloping site by strategically providing access to the outdoors on all levels of the clubhouse. The third floor of the new addition adds two new dining rooms for casual dining and a new formal oak bar that is adjacent to the renovated formal dining room. A large dining terrace provides for outdoor dining. The second floor of the new addition contains the mens locker room and grill. The first floor houses the ladies locker, ladies lounge and a new fitness room.
The design utilizes lush finishes and furnishings in a traditional style to compliment the traditional architecture of the building.

Diamond Run Golf Club needed to renovate and add an addtion to the club house for their golf club and called on Cavcon Construction to build the new facilities.
